‘Among Giants’ Art Print
'Among Giants' Depicts a scene from the KNP Complex on one of the actual fire maps. The firefighter and his crew were tasked in the Generals Highway area to help protect these 1000 year old sequoias. I loved capturing the sawyer staring up in awe of these beautiful giants. The crews know the importance of saving these old growth groves. The painting captures the night burnout but also the map’s giant forest grove tucked between the fire’s smoke and the sequoia’s limbs.
